Falcons prevail in NWOSSA battle of the birds

Dryden High School Eagles senior Kadin Taylor goes crashing to the hardwood during Game 1 of the NWOSSA semi-final versus a tough and skilled St. Ignatius Falcons of Thunder Bay, Friday.

The Falcons set the tone on Friday with an 86-38 win, following up the next morning to fend off an Eagles push 73-42 and earn themselves a trip to the OFSAA provincial high school championships in Pembrooke.
