The city of Dryden features a diverse number of art galleries as well as exhibits. One of the most widely recognized art galleries in the city is Naked North Gallery and Gifts, which also serves as a retail store operated by the Dryden Regional Arts Council (DRAC).

Naked North Gallery and Gifts, also known as Naked North Art Gallery, is comprised of an association of local artists who craft acrylic paintings, hand quilting and weaving, felted accessories, clay pots, jewellery, pencil drawings, portraits, stained glass pieces, and willow furniture, amongst other creative pieces.

DRAC, on the other hand, is an arts council that organises yearly art shows and tours annually. If you look forward to seeing how the artists at Naked North Gallery and Gifts craft their work and their artworks on display, you may attend the Frog Jog Studio Tour which they held every year.

Another event that you should not miss as well is the Holiday Handcrafters Market, which exhibits the city’s handicraft show and sale, consisting primarily of exclusive handcrafted art pieces. This event is held mostly on Sandy Beach Road, specifically at Eagle’s Landing.

Other artists, events and exhibits that you must check out in the city include the Dryden Artists Association (TDAA), which mainly promotes visual arts, and Pieces of Dryden – Mosaic Sculpture, an artwork commissioned for the 2010 centennial celebration in the local community.

These are amongst Dryden’s several art galleries and exhibits that you may enjoy watching, and when you do, you will surely learn a lot of creative stuff.
