The Dryden Regional Arts Council presents Vibrant Vistas by local artist Marilyn Raposo from April 8 – 29 at the Centre. the exhibit features broken china and tile mosaics and alcohol-ink paintings.

The inks are at their most vivid when painted on non-porous surfaces and with boxes of tiles already in Marilyn’s studio it was only natural that her next art adventures involve alcohol inks. Marilyn finds the unpredictability of the ink’s movement one of the most fun aspects of this medium, but it’s their brilliant colours that captivate her.

Marilyn’s art can be found at the Naked North Art Gallery and Gifts, beside Max the Moose, along with a variety of art pieces by other local artists.
