Preston Delorme was the fighter of the day for the Oxdrift Judo Club in their recent competitive outing to the Eastern Manitoba Open.

Delorme fought in the Seniors yellow to green belt division -73.  In a class of five Preston had no trouble throwing his opponents, winning every match.

Delorme’s performance qualifies him to be tested for his blue belt, which would place him in the blue to black belt division for next season.

Other podium finishes for Oxdrift Judo Club members included:

Cody Armit — Gold (46-50 kg) Combined

Randy Trenholm — Gold

(-55 kg)
