GALLERY: Motus O Dance Theatre recruits local kids for ‘A Christmas Carol’

Local youth had an opportunity to interact with professional dance company MOTUS O, over the past few weeks as the Toronto-based group recruited local kids for its entertaining production of A Christmas Carol, staged Dec. 6 at The Centre. These images are from Monday’s dress rehearsal. This show is part of a three community tour which will see MOTUS O perform in Sioux Lookout presented by The Sioux-Hudson Entertainment Series and in Thunder Bay presented by Superior Collegiate and Vocational Institute. The dance troupe’s travel costs have been partially covered by a grant from the Ontario Arts Council.
