A winter coat drive is underway in Dryden to provide winter clothing to those in need.

Until Nov. 10, residents can drop off their clean, new or used jackets, hats and mitts of all sizes to a variety of locations including Kenora Rainy-River District Child and Family Services (175 West River Rd.), The Dryden Mission (65 Van Horne Ave) or Firefly (formerly the Patricia Centre for Children and Youth at 75C Van Horne Ave.)

If you have items to donate, but are unable to drop them off, pick up is available by calling 223-5325.

Coats will be distributed Monday, Nov. 14 from 2-6 p.m. at Firefly (75C Van Horne Ave.).
