Seven members of the Dryden Ice Dogs came out on Sept. 26 to assist the family of local resident, Rachel Ouwehand.
With Ouwehand suffering from a neuromuscular disorder, the neighbours had a wheelchair ramp that had been paid forward previoulsy by Terry Robinson.
Wanting to pay it forward again, the ramp was offered to the Ouwehand family, and some assistance to move it was needed.
Mother, Lynne, contacted the Dryden Ice Dogs, knowing they did community involvement work, and was able to have the ramp moved to their own home, to better assist the needs of daughter, Rachel.
