Minor hockey teams will once more have the chance to convince Canadians they love hockey the most in TIM-BR Mart’s World Junior Hockey Video Challenge.
Up for grabs is a grand prize that will send the entire team, including coaches and parents/guardians, to the 2012 IIHF World Junior Championships in Alberta this December.
The TIM-BR Mart World Junior Hockey Video Challenge asks minor hockey teams to download the TIM-BR Mart anthem, video their team spirit showing why they love hockey the most and should be guests of TIM-BR Mart for four days at the upcoming World Juniors in December. Videos can be uploaded to timbrtube.ca. Canadians will vote for their favourite beginning November 13th 12:00:01am EST until Nov. 27 at 11:59:59PM EST.
The team submitting the winning entry will enjoy roundtrip transportation to Edmonton, accommodations, meals and tickets to World Juniors games over December 27 – 30, 2011; a prize worth up to $60,000, if won by a Nova Scotia team, for example. Teams are also vying for Source for Sport gift cards as second, third and wild card prizes ($5000, $2500 and $2500 respectively).
Team members must be between the ages of 7 and 14 inclusive and the designated team entrant be age-of-majority in his/her province or territory of residence. The contest runs until November 27th, 2011

The TIM-BR Mart World Junior Hockey Video Challenge is a component of TIM-BR Mart’s major sponsorship of Hockey Canada and the World Juniors. Canadians from coast to coast will be cheering Team Canada as they compete against the best teams from around the world.
