Sid’s generous, caring heart gave out on April 1, 2011.
He will be lovingly remembered by his daughters, Shelley (Allan), Roxanne (Brian); grandchildren, Danielle (David), Noel, Aislin and great-grandson Micah; brothers and sisters, Con (Marion), Jack, Edna (Ed), Ethel (Bill); sister-in-law Susan and brother-in-law Bob, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Sid was predeceased by his parents Harry and Edna Graham, sister Lois Mawby and brother Ted Gould.
Sid was a mill-wright/welder for many years with his last years worked at Canfor’s Polar Mill in Bear Lake, BC and he served proudly as Plant Chairman for IWA Local 1-424 before retiring.
Sid was happiest when he was hot on the trail of a moose or playing a game of tug-of-war with a trout.
Special thanks to his brother-in-law Bill, for being his best friend and hunting buddy.
A celebration of Sid’s life was held Thursday, April 7, 2011 in Prince George, BC.
If friends desire, donations may be made to the BC Wildlife Federation or the BC Heart & Stroke Foundation.
