Daylin James, the “Comeback King” and band Memphis Mafia put on a powerful show at The Centre on Sunday, September 19.As an Elvis tribute artist, the similarities between James and the King himself were uncanny. Not only by appearance, but also the vocal ranges that James hit, were very similar to the original star.
Injecting plenty of humour into his show, James had the audience laughing, cheering, sighing in memory and engaged the entire performance.
Daylin has toured with such award winning shows as Las Vegas’ Legends In Concert, Stars in Concert, Superstars Live to name a few.
Daylin also performs other musical styles including a powerful tribute to Phantom Of the Opera and is also known for his versatility with other impressions and performing just about any kind of music style. Daylin produces his own shows entitled “Elvis: The Legend Lives”, The Gospel Music of The King , “Love Me Tonight: A Tom Jones Tribute, “Bits Of Broadway“, and “This is Daylin James”.
