?Sadly, Kelly passed away on April 28, 2010, at home with “his girls” by his side. Kelly was from Dryden in northwestern Ontario but called Nova Scotia his home for many years.
He was a drummer and spent all of his life being a wonderful and loving husband, father, grandfather “Poppa”, musician and friend to all who knew him.
Kelly was a longtime member of IASTE local 849 where he worked in the film industry across Atlantic Canada.
Kelly will be sadly missed by his wife, Debi; daughter, Kristin; sons, Michael (Sara Jane), Jamie, Guy; grandchildren, Cameron, Pierce, Paije, Miles and Candace; sister Carole and brother Warren.
He has gone to join his son Peter who is also sadly missed.
Recently predeceased by his loving sister Joyce and nephew Darcy.
Kelly was cremated and the funeral held on Sunday, May 2, at 6:30 p.m. in Grace United Church in Dartmouth, 70 King St. (corner of Ochterloney and King).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
