The Province of Ontario’s annual salary disclosure list shows Dryden Police Service Chief Shayne MacKinnon is the highest paid public sector employee in Dryden.
Dubbed, ‘the sunshine list’, the annual Ministry of Finance document lists every public sector employee in Ontario with a salary exceeding $100,000.
The list marks MacKinnon’s salary at $196,744 as well as three additional members of the local police service whose salaries exceeded $100,000.
The City’s of Dryden’s top-paid employee is city manager Arie Hoogenboom at $129,993, followed by public works director Mike Louttit at $121,056 and network administrator Shaun Goldrup at $114,536.
At the Dryden Regional Health Centre, CEO Wade Petranik topped a list of four senior administration personnel at $176,927.
As always, the Keewatin-Patricia District School Board (KPDSB) showed the greatest numbers on the list. Beginning with director of education Jack McMaster at $179,201 the regional school board featured 36 salaries over the $100,000 mark.
Northwest District Catholic School Board director of education Mary Catherine Kelly’s salary was listed at $186,045 with 11 additional board salaries listed.
