Sheila Isabel Sinclair

In loving memory of Sheila Isabel Sinclair, age 87 years, who died in the Dryden Regional Health Centre on Thursday, May 28th following a lengthy illness.
Born in Midland, Ontario, she was raised and educated there.  She attended the McDonald Institute of the University of Guelph and it was while there she met and married Andrew Sinclair.  Andy’s teaching career led them to a number of communities before settling in Dryden where they raised their four children who were born along the way.  Sheila lived the rest of her life here.
Sheila is survived by her children, Sharon Lathrop of Dryden, Tom (Carole) of Kirkland Lake, Kent of Dryden and Stephanie Mindardi (Peter) of Calgary; by five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A Memorial Funeral Service will be held Monday, June 29th at 3:00 p.m. in St. Luke’s Anglican Church with the Venerable Patricia Cleghorn officiating. Interment of ashes will follow in the Dryden Cemetery.
